Shipping policy

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Cut off time is 1 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Unless otherwise stated we use USPS. As soon as we have a tracking number available, we will add it to your account and you will be notified by an email as well.

We are based in New Yok, USA. All items are dispatched from the US. If you are ordering outside of the US, you might be liable for import duties. Please contact Customs in your country to find our more. It is your responsbility and your tax to pay. If you do not pay, the parcel might be returned or destryoed by the courier company. If the parcel is returned to us, we will refund for the dresses excluding the delivery costs and if its destroyed, we will not be able to offer any refunds at all.
